We are seeking a highly organised Sales Assistant to join our client which are a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Birmingham.
This 12-month contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, technical sales environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales function through order processing, documentation management, and customer communication, ensuring the smooth flow of information between internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
* Able to process orders, manage quotations and documentation, and coordinate deliveries accurately.
* Skilled at supporting sales teams with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
