Join Our Our Clients Growing Sales Team!

Our client are expanding! Due to continued growth, we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our friendly and supportive office team.

This is a full-time, permanent role working core hours of 10:00am to 6:30pm, with occasional flexibility required to cover alternate shifts during team absences (on a rota basis). You'll be working within a calm and collaborative office environment, where people value teamwork, independence, and professionalism.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with Sales Order Processing experience or knowledge of office-based sales environments. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately inputting sales orders from phone and email

  • Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently

  • Making occasional outbound calls to check in with existing customers

  • Supporting general administrative tasks across the department

  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
