ROLE: Sales Executive
SALARY: Up to £35,000 + commission (OTE 11k)
LOCATION: Birmingham (office based)
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a leading business based in Birmingham City Centre, who due to growth, are looking to expand their outbound sales team.

The right candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales and will be confident working with a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Due to the nature of the role, you will also be experienced in working to KPIs and meeting sales targets.
DUTIES:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to engage new prospects, identify their needs, and match them with suitable solutions from the product portfolio.
- Influence and challenge key decision-makers to progress deals and secure closed opportunities.
- Convert customer interest into commitment by confidently overcoming objections and securing sales.
- Consistently exceed targets by capitalising on every revenue opportunity, including upselling where relevant.
- Deliver a first-class client experience to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.
- Promote the brand and clearly communicate the value proposition to convert new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track interactions, monitor activity, and support sales progression.
- Demonstrate a competitive, results-driven mindset while meeting compliance standards and exceeding KPIs.
