Job Title: Sales Representative
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for the management and execution of sales activities within our client's organisation. The role focuses on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients needing water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure timely completion of sales targets and objectives, meeting set quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and new sales procedures.
- Support additional operational tasks specific to the sales function.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in the water treatment industry preferably within the chemical environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Additional Information
This position may require occasional travel to client sites. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
