We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Engineering Scheduler to join our incredible client based in Erdington. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of service activities and maintaining excellent communication between engineers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the diary scheduling of Service Engineers
  • Use Microsoft CRM to manage service cases and log activities
  • Communicate with customers by phone to confirm site readiness and key details for scheduled service visits
  • Handle urgent and time-sensitive service jobs with efficiency and calm under pressure
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of service operations
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers and engineers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with experience dealing with customers over the phone
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Micosoft CRM
