We're working with a fantastic and fast-growing engineering & construction training provider in Birmingham. Who is seeking a passionate professional to join their team as an Apprentice Electrical Trainer/Assessor.

About the Role
- As an Apprentice Electrical Assessor, you'll:
- Support apprentices through their Electrical Installation training, building their portfolio.
- Provide hands-on guidance, feedback, and mentoring
- Monitor learner progress, ensuring the highest standards of achievement
- Work closely with learners to help them build both confidence and technical skill
Who We're Looking For
- Hands-on Electrical Installation experience
- A minimum Level 3 Electrical qualification
- An Assessor qualification (A1/D32/D33/CAVA/TAQA) - desirable, but not essential (full training provided)
- Patience and mentoring skills to work effectively with apprentices
- A genuine passion for the electrical industry and future of the trade
- Someone ready to leave the long site hours behind and move into a rewarding new career
