I'm looking for a Wet room fitter/ Plumber for a project working on Bathrooms in tenanted Social Housing Properties around the west midlands area. This is an ongoing contract.
The Wet room fitter / Plumber will be expected to:
- Complete the rip out
- Fit toilet, sink and shower
- tile the walls
- Cut into floor and fit shower tray
The Wet room fitter/ Plumber will not be expected to:
- Complete electrics
- paint or decorate
- Lay the flooring (if you can you will be paid extra for that work)
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Wet room fitter/ Plumber that have:
- Experience fitting wet rooms and social housing bathrooms
- Their own transport
And in return, the Wet room fitter/ Plumber will receive:
- 200 a day
- Ongoing work
