An amazing opportunity is now available for an outgoing, ambitious, honest individual to develop their knowledge and gain experience in within a well-established property company. In this Purchase Ledger role, you will continue to grow with the business, all while working in a rewarding, inclusive environment.

The successful individual will be a team player who understands how their work impacts the work of others, have experience within a purchase ledger position and developed knowledge about Service Charge. You will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing email inboxes and approving invoices. In this role you be expected to manage high voluminous work, while meeting tight deadlines and KPIs. You will be a key part of the team, working closely with managers, all while looking to make a difference to the community.

Skills required

  • Proven experience/knowledge of the property sector, including service charge and invoicing.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally as well as manage client queries.
  • Be an ambitious and hard-working individual, who is looking to further their knowledge, while working in a rewarding company.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
