Robert Half are representing a fantastic business based in Coleshill. Our client are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. This is a temporary - permanent role assisting the Transactional Services Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.
Duties:
- Query resolution for internal and external customers
- Supporting junior members of the team
- Review and improvement of AP processes and procedures
- Processing supplier invoices and matching with GRN notes
- Processing weekly BACS payment runs, multiple foreign currency, manual and proforma payments
- Complex supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist Finance Manager with month and year end accruals
Preferred skills:
- Strong working experience within an accounts payable function
- Strong experience performing complex reconciliations and resolving queries is essential
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Positive can do attitude
