As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, your role encompasses a wide array of financial management responsibilities. You will oversee the purchase and sales ledger, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments and process end-to-end payroll. Your insights will be valuable in suggesting changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions. 

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in roles such as Finance Administration, Accounts Payable, or Credit Control, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle complex queries with patience, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple financial tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience in managing financial spreadsheets and payroll.
