Overview:
We're partnering with a well-established business in the West Midlands who are looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded marketer with strong brand experience to take ownership of brand positioning, campaigns and overall brand strategy within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role:
As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, consistency and customer engagement across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you'll help shape the brand direction, support product launches and ensure the brand resonates with both new and existing audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evolve the brand strategy in line with company objectives

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility

  • Own brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints

  • Work with internal teams to align brand messaging across digital, print, PR and events

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

  • Support product marketing activity, including go-to-market plans and messaging

  • Manage agency relationships and support budget management

  • Report on brand performance and ROI metrics

About You:

  • Proven experience in a brand-led marketing role

  • Strong understanding of brand development and positioning

  • Confident managing campaigns from ideation through to execution

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

  • A creative thinker with strong attention to detail
