Audit Market Supervision (AMS) Project Associate - Permanent - Birmingham (hybrid) - £65k

We are currently working with a leading public sector regulator who are looking for a professional with a background in Audit to join their Team as an AMS Project Associate. Be part of a specialist team monitoring culture within the largest UK audit firms.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in organisation behaviours and culture, and a background in Audit. This is a unique opportunity to join a team within an organisation that not only offers longevity but a healthy work-life balance.

Role: Audit Market Supervision (AMS) Project Associate

Salary: £65k (non-negotiable)

Location: Birmingham, 2 days per week onsite.

Benefits including: 30 days annual leave, additional holiday purchase scheme, 10% Pension Contribution

AMS Project Associate Key Skills and Experience:

  • Background in the audit profession (internal or external)
  • A genuine interest in behavioural science/ organisation behaviour and culture
  • Knowledge of International Standard on Quality Management 1 (ISQM1) is a bonus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team player can give and receive feedback openly and honestly.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong client/ stakeholder management
