We are working with a respected, employee-owned sustainability consultancy in the West Midlands that's growing its expert team. If you are passionate about driving sustainable design and want to help shape a greener built environment across the UK, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity:
As a BREEAM Assessor, you will take the lead on sustainability assessments across a wide variety of projects. From early-stage planning to final certification, you will play a crucial role in helping clients meet and exceed their environmental goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction review
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project teams to guide sustainability strategy
  • Coordinating evidence collection and managing the credit submission process
  • Keeping up to date with current BREEAM standards and wider sustainability regulations
  • Providing clear, expert advice throughout each phase of the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with BREEAM assessments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture (preferred)
  • Confident managing multiple projects and working independently
