Trinity House Group is recruiting an Interim Corporate Development Consultant for a large well known business. You will be instrumental in identifying and executing high-impact growth opportunities. You will lead due diligence, deal inception, execution processes, while proactively sourcing target businesses to support the strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Identification: Research and identify potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives.
  • Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, evaluating financial, operational, and strategic risks and opportunities.
  • Deal Inception & Execution: Structure, negotiate, and execute M&A transactions, ensuring seamless integration and value creation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external advisors to drive successful deal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Professionally Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development with a focus on M&A.
  • Proven track record in due diligence, deal inception, and execution of complex transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
