PageGroup are excited to be partnering with a leading, global logistics business to appoint for a regional HR Business Partner role, based from the Midlands but supporting sites UK wide.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on-site and 2 home per week (covering sites in the Midlands and also UK wide)

Description

Reporting to a Head of HR, the role of HR Business Partner will work as part of a small team of HRBPs, supporting with a wide range of operational and strategic HR matters for a range of contracts. You will be based in the Midlands and travel will be required to support the UK.

This generalist HRBP role will involve:

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including complex matters
  • Lead and implement HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Deliver training and development programmes to upskill employees and management.

Profile

A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in a similar HRBP role, you will be comfortable dealing with complex ER cases in a unionised setting as well as partnering with SLT and embedding the people strategy to meet business needs
