Main Purpose of Job:

Responsible for Business Development Activities, Developing Marketing Opportunities and Plans; Developing sales strategies.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience of employer engagement and B2B sales
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Understanding of & up to date knowledge of the Electrical industry (Specifically EV)
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Experience of achieving sales targets
  • Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; initiating corrective actions.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Use cold calling, marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts.
  • Identify, evaluate and meet contractual needs.
  • Helping Development of Marketing Materials.
  • Customer services relating to client queries and issues raised
  • Carry out evaluation, observation and analysis and act on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement with clients
  • Development and maintenance of mail shot programme, social media and website.
  • Build outstanding business relationships with managers / external partners to understand key issues within their contractual requirements
  • Manage within budget planned and targeted marketing opportunities.
  • Utilise existing relationships with Rolec EV and Yesss Electrical and look to mirror and expand those networks.
