We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join a leading cutting-edge IT and telecoms solutions business. This role is centered around generating new business opportunities across various products, aiming to significantly increase revenue. This position is ideal for someone with a knack for sales and a passion for growth in the technology sector.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage in cold and warm B2B outbound calling to introduce potential customers to a diverse portfolio of IT and telecom solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to prospects and articulate the value they can add to their business.
  • Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers, either for face-to-face meetings or virtual appointments.
  • Gather relevant information from prospects when a meeting is not possible and use in-house CRM to pass leads to the appropriate division.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of future business opportunities.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and uphold the company's brand reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Comfortable with maintaining high call volumes and managing multiple tasks.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient in diary management.
  • Resilient to knockbacks and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Computer literate, particularly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Drive and eagerness to acquire new skills.
  • Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence is a plus.
