Senior Strategic Project Lead – Strategic Reviews

£53,020 per annum
12 Months Fixed Term Contract
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead to join our team and drive strategic reviews across our private sector, home ownership, and older persons business areas.
Offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in private sector housing, services for older people, project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
You will play a key role in evaluating current strategies and service models, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to enhance customer outcomes and support service transformation.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in project management, strategy consulting, or business transformation roles.
- A strong background in conducting high-level strategic reviews and business analysis within complex situations.
- Proven ability to interact and influence senior executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in home ownership products, including leaseholders, shared owners and reshaping services. decision-making, financial modelling, performance analysis and engagement strategies.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
