Our client, a global leader in consumer services, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of all Business Intelligence and Integration applications.

You'll take ownership of service delivery, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of BI and Integration platforms. You'll work closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders, helping to mature service processes and establish best practices across a growing environment.

We're looking for:

* Proven experience managing Service Delivery for BI and Integration platforms
* Experience creating and implementing service processes in developing or immature environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Previous experience leading offshore teams
