The Role: Regional Director
As the Regional Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success across your region. Reporting into the Managing Director.
Regional budget of c. 20m across multiple sites and a headcount of 100 FTEs. Plans to double turnover so we need someone with the drive and hunger to help deliver this sales growth.
- Developing and executing a strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of managers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, providing detailed reporting, and adjusting strategies as needed.
