- Oversee day-to-day management of key service contracts, including PFI and retained estate contracts.
- Lead contract monitoring and ensure compliance with statutory, mandatory, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and operational integrity.
- Support strategic estates planning and the delivery of projects.
- Provide clear reports and insights on contract performance to senior leadership.
- HNC/Degree in Building, Engineering, or related discipline (Facilities/Commercial Management desirable).
- Extensive healthcare estates/facilities management experience.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, technical compliance, and maintenance.
- Proven contract and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
