Client Details

Are you an experienced People Advisor looking to join a fast-growing professional services firm? We're seeking a proactive and knowledgeable People Advisor to join our People team and deliver expert HR support to diverse stakeholder groups. This is a 12 month FTC based in Birmingham City Centre 3 days a week.

Description

  • Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee life-cycle, from on-boarding to exit
  • Manage employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary and grievance investigations
  • Support key people processes such as bonus and salary reviews and appraisal moderation
  • Partner with leaders on engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with specialist teams across reward, D&I, and well-being

Profile

  • Strong experience in performance management and employee relations investigations
  • Confidence managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment
