Our client is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service and communication to a diverse U.S. investor base within the private equity sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the investor experience, building lasting trust, and contributing to the firm's continued success. With a proactive approach and strong collaboration across teams, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth.

What you'll do:

As a Client Relations Specialist, your role will be multifaceted. You will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based investors during the closing process and post-close, handling inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.

  • Manage inbound and outbound investor communications via email and phone during all U.S. business hours.

  • Oversee and facilitate global AML / KYC client-onboarding and ongoing review processes.

  • Guiding investors globally through the AML / KYC onboarding process, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and fund administrator teams.

  • Track and manage periodic KYC refreshes, ensuring investors remain compliant with regulatory obligations.

  • Manage post-fundraising communication and reporting to clients and Sales teams in an organised manner.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

What you bring:

  • The ideal candidate for this Client Relations Specialist role brings extensive experience in client relations within private equity or alternative asset management.

  • Exceptional relationship management experience with a client-facing approach.

  • Good understanding of private equity / alternative investments / financial services operations developed working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing or supporting AML and KYC procedures for clients in a global setting.

  • Previous experience supporting regular client reporting, including investor reports.

This role works with the US. The working hours are 12-9pm. The business operates a hybrid working policy.
