EA to Senior Directors of Internationally Recognised Business
Temporary position till December, Hybrid (4 days in, 1-day WFH), full-time, based in Birmingham, offering up to £15/16hr per annum depending on experience for internationally-recognised business.
Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be providing direct support to 3 directors as well as being responsible for providing a wide range of support to facilitate their ability to lead the organisation.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Providing proactive and efficient management of complex diaries and inboxes
Producing and collating documents, presentations and briefings
Undertaking research and sourcing, including interpretating and responding to information provided by both internal and external stakeholders
Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring any points raised are followed-up
Arranging and budgeting complex travel arrangements, both nationally and internationally
Planning, organising and arranging events with high-profile clients
Leading both internal and external initiatives
People management duties; supervising and managing a small team, identifying opportunities for development, and supporting staff through periods of change
Prospective applicants must have previous experience providing executive support at board level for an organisation of a similar calibre.
