A well-established, therapeutic fostering agency is seeking a dedicated Recruitment, Retention & Training Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape foster carer journeys, lead creative outreach strategies, and support training and retention efforts that make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns to attract new foster carers
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality foster carer training (online and in-person)
  • Build strong relationships with carers through engagement and support initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to data reporting and compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, retention, or training, ideally within fostering or children's services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • IT proficient - especially Microsoft Office (case management experience desirable)
  • Flexible availability - may include occasional evenings or weekends
