Join Our Team as a Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity!
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for a temp to perm position with a client in the CV3 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable and rewarding role with long-term potential.
What We Offer:
- Shift Hours: Flexible shift window from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off – great work-life balance!
Pay Rates:
- £18.56 per hour (PAYE, without holiday pay)
- £20.80 per hour (PAYE, including holiday pay)
Weekly Pay Estimate (Based on 50 hours):
- £18.56/hour: £18.56 × 50 hours = £928.00 (before deductions)
- £20.80/hour: £20.80 × 50 hours = £1,040.00 (before deductions)
Key Responsibilities:
- 9 drops per day on average
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Handball duties: Taking cages into stores and assisting with loading stock into fridges (store-specific)
Driver Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Responsible for opening/locking up stores
- Must be committed to 4 on, 4 off schedule
- Assessment required prior to start
