Location: Coleshill, Hams Hall
Salary: £13 per Hour
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Shift: Week 1: 6:00am-14:30pm, Week 2: 11:30am-20:00pm
We are currently seeking a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Truck Driver who also holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift License to join our clients dynamic and growing warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a VNA forklift to pick and store goods at height in narrow racking systems
- Using a counterbalance truck to load/unload deliveries and support wider warehouse operations
- Safely moving stock within a fast-paced distribution environment
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid VNA license ( RTITB or ITSSAR accredited )
- Valid Counterbalance license ( RTITB or ISR accredited )
- Proven warehouse/forklift experience (ideally 1+ year in both roles)
- Good attention to detail and awareness of safety in narrow-aisle operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
