PCV Driver

Multistaff Recruitment is now hiring PCV/Coach drivers for full-time, long-distance coach services across Birmingham This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a local company offering consistent hours, great flexibility, and competitive pay.

This role is long term, temp to perm and offers long term stability to the right candidates.

• Drive local and national routes
• 5 on 3 off shift pattern – overtime available
• Average shifts: 10 - 12
  
• Weekly hours: Between 40 and 50
  
• Choose from early, middle, late, or night shifts – 24/7 operation
• Free onsite parking available

What is expected

• Drive safely, responsibly, and on time
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
• Perform daily safety checks and report defects
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
• Accurately complete timesheets and log working hours

What we need 

• Valid UK PCV (Category D) licence
• Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months’ experience (2+ years preferred)
• Basic or Enhanced DBS (We can provide this if you don’t have one)
• No more than 6 points on your licence (no DRs, DGs, or bans)
