Requirements
- Minimum of one years experience as a Chef de Partie with a strong and reliable skill set
- Ability to manage any section confidently and maintain high standards.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with speed, consistently delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and labelling standards.
- Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Clean chef uniform and your knives on sites.
