The group is seeking several roaming Head Chefs who are passionate about food, reliable, confident running teams, have 2+ years’ experience at senior level in a gastro pub kitchen, and their own transport.
Sous Chefs looking to progress upward are also welcome to apply.
This position calls for excellent leadership, the ability to run busy shifts, support a variety of teams and uphold strong standards across multiple venues.
