About the Role:

As Head Chef, you will take charge of the kitchen operations, leading and mentoring a talented team. You will have the opportunity to create and implement seasonal menus that reflect the quality and reputation of the hotel. From the fine dining restaurant to events and private functions, you will ensure the delivery of a premium culinary experience that delights guests every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a professional kitchen team, ensuring the highest level of performance and consistency
  • Oversee menu development, ensuring dishes are innovative and seasonal
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all service areas
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety standards
  • Manage kitchen budgets, oversee stock control, and ensure cost-effective menu planning
  • Train and develop team members, ensuring continuous learning and growth within the kitchen
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance the overall guest dining experience

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a well-established hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a dedicated kitchen team
