Sous Chef - Hotel - Birmingham City Centre - £40,000 package


Tonic are assisting with our client's search for a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the back-of-house operations at this stunning city-centre hotel.

What are we looking for from the successful Sous Chef candidate?
  • Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen (ideally up to 2 rosettes) at Sous or above
  • Passion, personality and drive to succeed
  • Ability to oversee the due diligence, food safety and health and safety within the kitchen
