The Role as Commercial Gas Engineer:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems across a portfolio of critical contracts in the West Midlands. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of mechanical and gas installations in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Gas Engineer::

Service and maintain a range of commercial gas appliances and systems.

Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs with minimal downtime.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current gas safety regulations and standards.

Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate service records.

Work closely with engineers and support staff to deliver high-quality service across all contracts.

Participate in an on-call rota where required (with additional pay).
Requirements for the Commercial Gas Engineer:

Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.

Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Willingness to undertake further training and professional development.
