Senior Process Engineer - West Midlands - Manufacturing About the Company   Our client is a speciality chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturer based in the West Midlands who is looking for a Senior Chemical Engineer. The successful candidate will take a lead role in plant modifications, process improvements, and safety enhancements across our production facilities. Senior Process Engineer – Requirements  
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, safety compliance, and chemical plant operations. 
Senior Process Engineer – Responsibilities  
  • Lead the design, implementation, and commissioning of plant modification projects.
  • Conduct and lead HAZOPs and hazard assessments for new and existing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Support R&D and project teams to optimise and scale chemical processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on technical design, materials, and safety solutions.
