Senior Mechanical Project Engineer required for an exciting Healthcare project in the West Midlands. The client specialise in brilliance and exciting major projects. In this case in excess of 50m MEP. It would be advantageous that you have experience working on Pharmaceutical, clean-rooms, healthcare or sciences. If not industrial/commercial large scale project values would be acceptable. You will be working for a long standing client who drive phenomenal growth across the UK building services sector.

You will be responsible for

  • Procurement and labour control
  • Mechanical Project management
  • Review deign, manage design process through consultants
  • Manage risk on the project and be proactive to problem solving
  • Lead meetings with client, contractor and all involved with the
  • Taking the project through to commissioning and handover to time lines, costs and budget
