- Degree (or equivalent) in Applied Chemistry, Elastomer Technology, or related field.
- Laboratory experience (rubber/polymer knowledge an advantage, but not essential).
- Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a genuine passion for materials science.Â
- Synthesise novel rubber accelerators and develop new polymer compounds for a variety of applications.
- Conduct research, experimentation, and analysis on new and existing materials.
- Perform analytical and physical testing of rubber products and interpret results.
- Provide technical support to production, quality control, and sales teams.Â
