I'm working with a well established client in the print and packaging sector, who are seeking an experience B2B sales individual.

Job title - Area Sales Manager

Reporting to - Head of Sales, Indirect

Package - 30,000-35,000 base salary, car allowance, and commission

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing business through the existing portfolio of clients in the defined area whilst also identifying and securing new business partners to help grow the business.

This role utilises exceptional sales skills to achieve (or exceed) the allocated personal sales targets, and activity targets assigned on an on-going basis.

This specific role will be a mixture of home working/field based. You will be covering the southeast region, all the way up to Birmingham, so must be located in that region

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Sales with the development and execution of the area's sales strategy and tactics
  • Provide effective recruitment and ongoing management and new dealers
  • Working closely with channel partners to maximise sales revenue and devise partner development plans targeted at growth
  • Develop strong relationships with the key internal stakeholders across all departments
  • Support the Head of Sales and Senior Management Team with additional duties relevant to your skills and experiences

About you:

  • Must have a strong B2B background
  • Proven relationship development skills
  • Valid UK driving license - their is travel involved in this role
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communicator
