Reed Marketing & Creative is collaborating with a rapidly growing drinks company in search of a Brand Manager to enhance their exceptional marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of one of their biggest Brand Portfolio.
- Develop insights into market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to inform product development and market strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders whilst overseeing marketing budget for the brand.
- Ensure marketing initiatives deliver long-term, margin-enhancing growth to reach their 5-year Target.
- Handle products within the portfolio, driving brand awareness and market penetration.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to lead a brand through growth activities from inception to execution.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Very persuasive and able to present their ideas and thought processes clearly
In return you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus a luxurious Benefits package! This role will be a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite 2 Days a week and one of those days must be a Tuesday! There will also be free parking on site.
