Business Development Manager - SaaS Healthcare

Our client is a highly respected player within the Healthcare Software Technology industry. With a medium-sized, dedicated team, they are committed to utilising technology to improve services and solutions. They pride themselves on their innovative approach and customer-centric ethos

They are looking for a driven Business Development Manager with experience in healthcare software / technology sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term relationships with key NHS stakeholders, and driving adoption of their SaaS solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets in your region
  • Identify and engage prospective clients across the health and social care sector, including private healthcare providers, care homes, and local authorities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals
  • Promote our connected care platform, demonstrating how it enhances care outcomes and streamlines operations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as their key point of contact
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular forecasts to management

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in SaaS or technical solution sales in health and social care sector
