About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM / Field Sales Exec / Trade Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a branch network, developing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our industry-leading products. You will play a crucial part in exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit a branch network stretching from Coventry, Birmingham and Dudley, and across to South Wales, to build relationships with existing clients and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximise opportunities
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers, providing technical expertise
- Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and expand market share
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Proven experience in trade / wholesale sales or a desire to move into a field-based role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a desire to achieve
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
