The Role

We have a new opening from one of our high-end clients for a Head of Brand and Membership to join their team in Edgbaston. This is on a 9-12-month FTC, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm hours but need to be flexible if needed, full time, permanent and offering up to £40k plus strong benefits.

The purpose of this role is to shape the brand experience, increase awareness, enhance reputation, grow membership and creating exceptional experiences for the clients.

The Responsibilities

The duties include:

- Working with the board to deliver and plan strategically and continually develop and maintain the journey

- Develop and implement the marketing plans to include brand awareness, retention and recruitment for clients

- Develop and maintain the club’s communications strategy including engagement, online present, digital communications and traditional PR

- Providing monthly reports on client feedback

- Propose and control the annual client team budget and provide monthly executive reports and providing briefing reports to the board

- Nature the business relationships with stakeholders and partners

- Actively promote, recognise and explore opportunities for development, and the continuing growth!

The Experience

For this role it is essential to have people management experience, with operational experience within high end leisure or hospitality or professional services and building relationships with client/members.
