The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead our clients commercial efforts in the security door manufacturing sector. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency in estimating and quoting processes, and overseeing all marketing activities to align with brand standards and business objectives.

Sales and Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through regular meetings and communication.
- Understand client needs and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback on product, service, and team performance for continuous improvement.
- Take full ownership of achieving the company's gross profit margin targets.
- Monitor and improve sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with production and finance to align sales strategies with operational capacity and margin goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all quotes and estimates provided by the sales and estimating teams.
- Continuously evaluate and refine quoting systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify training needs and support team development to maintain high estimating standards.
- Review and approve all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content before release.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape and adapt marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and engineering teams to support product development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and/or marketing leadership, preferably within manufacturing or construction products.
- Strong background in estimating, quoting systems, and CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and financial reports to guide decision-making.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
