They represent some of the most well-known brands in the country, and due to current expansion, they are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking individuals to join their self-employed, event-based field sales and marketing team. They want people with a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
What they are looking for:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage customers effectively in a direct sales setting.
- Experience in direct sales, ideally within the charity/fundraising or events-based sectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule.
- Ideally, a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers, face-to-face, within the Birmingham area, to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Building strong connections with consumers, boost brand awareness and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
