We’re currently working with a leading European metals manufacturer that is looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with a background in sales support, quotations, or customer service, particularly in a technical or industrial environment.

The Role:
Reporting to the European Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing quotations, order entry, and supporting both the sales and product management departments. This is a varied and hands-on role that includes daily liaison with customers, coordinating internal departments, and supporting pricing and demand planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily sales quotations and maintain the live quote register.
- Validate customer purchase orders and enter data into SAP for contract review.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding quotes, orders, and payments.
- Track and report on open quotations and follow up with customers for feedback.
- Liaise with finance, operations, and planning to support pricing and availability queries.
- Support product management functions including pricing file updates and demand planning in Excel.
- Manage pricing agreements and documentation across UK and French markets.
- Provide clear, professional communication across Teams, email, and phone.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent French speaker, additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience in a sales support, customer service, or quoting environment.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
- SAP experience is advantageous (training can be provided).
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- A team player with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
