ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER
The Company:
With an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector, the client offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance service across many sectors.
They now require an Electrical Project Manager to initiate and deliver projects within the Midlands area. If you are someone looking to reduce your travel and commute time, this position is ideal. Because of the nature of the company, the role is mainly office based in Birmingham.
The role:
You will be required to manage projects of M&E value up to £5million. You will ideally have a background in the electrical/building services industry and significant experience of project supervision and management roles. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are essential.
Duties will include:
- Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain, Group’s delivery teams and management.
- Health & Safety management with support from DG QHSE manager
- Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
- Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
- Specification and ordering of materials.
- Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
- Management and briefing of installation personnel.
- Resolving installation and access issues.
- Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
- Programme and project planning
- Installation Coordination
