Electrical Project Manager - Birmingham - Circa 60,000 + 5,000 car allowance + Bonus

We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join a Global FM Service provider on this complex and rewarding contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major lifecycle projects and contribute to the success of the company.

Position: Electrical Project Manager

Duration - 24 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the facilities management or building services industry.
• HNC equivalent or higher in Electrical discipline.
• Experience of managing projects from inception to completion (ideally with knowledge of RIBA stages)
• Commercially astute and confident dealing with multiple multi million projects
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

This role would also suit someone who has led Electrical Projects in a Facilities Management setting. You may be an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Site Lead, Head of Electrical.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee major Electrical defect projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Conducting thorough inspections and implementing effective resolution plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Implement robust health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
