Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior/Principal Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to join their team on a contract basis. This fully remote role involves working on significant wastewater infrastructure projects and offers an opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing hydraulic models for wastewater infrastructure projects
- Utilising Infoworks ICM to create and refine models
- Conducting detailed analysis and interpretation of modelling results
- Collaborating with project teams to provide hydraulic modelling expertise
- Preparing technical reports and presentations based on modelling outcomes
- Ensuring modelling outputs meet project specifications and standards
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior modellers
- Managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in hydraulic modelling, specifically in wastewater projects
- Strong proficiency in using Infoworks ICM software
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex hydraulic models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong report writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
