Description

  • Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of CAD as will be using to draw on maps and input measurements
  • Right to buy sales
  • Boundary disputes
  • Will go to sites to conduct inspections and take measurements when necessary and review boundaries
  • Asset Management

  • Upon receipt of an email enquiry you will then inspect or review, write report and respond to customer.
  • Involvement with right to buy sales and the drawing up of plans

Profile

  • HND/HNC or Building Surveying Qualification
  • Experience of the social housing sector
  • Proficient in the use of CAD
  • Flexible, reliable and good customer service skills
