Description
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Knowledge of CAD as will be using to draw on maps and input measurements
- Right to buy sales
- Boundary disputes
- Will go to sites to conduct inspections and take measurements when necessary and review boundaries
- Asset Management
- Capital Investment
- Upon receipt of an email enquiry you will then inspect or review, write report and respond to customer.
- Involvement with right to buy sales and the drawing up of plans
- 3-6 months
- Hybrid - 2 days on site/in office
Profile
- HND/HNC or Building Surveying Qualification
- Experience of the social housing sector
- Proficient in the use of CAD
- Flexible, reliable and good customer service skills
