I would love to see CV's from anybody who has worked as a Building Surveyor to work in the Lincoln area for asocial housing provider on a 6 month contract. The social housing provider is 10 minutes away from the main train station in Lincoln. How good are your damp and mould skills? The ideal candidate will benefit from working in a reputable culture and a rolling temporary contract!

Duties of the Building Surveyor:

Damp and mould surveys
Repairs surveys

Building Surveyor essentials:

Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
Experience within social housing.

The suitable candidate will receive a consistant rate of 35-40 an hour through umbrella, and will be working in the Lincoln area!
