Job Title : EstimatorSalary : Up to 70k doeLocation : Birmingham  We're working with a leading creative production studio looking for an Estimator in the themed entertainment space—renowned for crafting extraordinary environments across theme parks, live experiences, museums, and more. They’re currently looking for a skilled Estimator to join their talented team and support the development of unforgettable, story-driven spaces.This is your chance to be part of a team that turns imagination into reality—helping estimate the materials, time, and talent needed to build the most engaging scenic and themed environments out there.  ? The Role:• Develop detailed cost estimates for themed environments, scenic props, rockwork, and show sets.• Analyse drawings and technical documentation to identify material and labour requirements.• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure estimates are both creative and constructible.• Gather and evaluate pricing from global suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors.• Suggest value engineering options to meet budget goals without sacrificing quality.• Prepare pricing breakdowns and bid documents for client proposals.• Maintain an evolving database of theming-specific materials and pricing benchmarks.• Contribute to post-bid reviews and refine estimating strategies.  �? What You’ll Bring:• Experience in scenic fabrication, themed entertainment, live events, or immersive design.• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and install techniques.• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specs.• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software.• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.  �?
